Giants sweep the Diamondbacks; Big Night for Randy Winn

Randy Winn had a lot to say about the outcome of tonight's game against the Western Division leading Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field in Phoenix...He clubbed two solo homers to left field, both as a right handed batter.  The first tied the game at 1-1 and the second was the game winning hit in the Giants 4-3 win...Barry Zito went six innings, giving up the three Arizona runs, but pitched impressively for his third straight appearance...He ended the evening with a no decision...Tyler Walker-The Bull-plagued recently by a string of poor performances, pitched the 8th inning and went home with the win...Brian Wilson had another 1-2-3 9th inning for his fourth save on this road trip.  The save boosted his save total to a league leading 16... Giants head home after a 6-3 road trip, their best of the year...Giants face the 'Backs again July 25th to 27th at AT&T Park...Friday night at the park is 'Until There's Is A Cure' night...Omar Vizquel will be honored for his 2,584th game at shortstop...Good readin' and rootin'!!!!!  May 29th, 2008
