Another game, another loss-This time to Colorado, which is just slightly better than the Giants, now 17-29 Another 1-run loss, 4-3...Only San Diego trails at 16-29...Bullpen let the game slip away again...They began the season being pretty reliable...Try it again tomorrow night...Silver linings:Lewis and Velez tied for league lead with 5 triples each (they are both barn burners)...Aaron Rowand is 10th with a .322 batting average...Velez is 9th with 8 stolen bases (was thrown out tonite)...Giants have scored 162 runs and given up 222...Timmy Lincecum is 7th in wins with 5...second in ERA at 1.92...Leads the league with 63 K's...Matt Cain is 8th with 61 innings pitched...  During 14 game hitting streak, Randy Winn is hitting at around .400, with two homeruns.  2nd round tripper tonite.  Fred Lewis-Two triples tonite...Coach Ron Wotus continues to work with the young infielders, many of whom cannot get any worse, just better...Clay Hinsaw, called up from Fresno last week, he was their closer, has pitched well...Now, if anyone could get him a cap that isn't two sizes too big for him, maybe we would have something...Two more with Colorado, then off to Florida for three next weekend...Good reading and rootin'!  May 19, 2008
